Delivery & Returns


We are currently only able to deliver within the United Kingdom. Goods will be posted on receipt of payment.

Honey will only be posted using Royal Mail and costs are calculated at checkout. Current postage charges for honey are as follows:

2nd Class: £2.90 for packages weighing up to and including 2kg and measuring up to 45cm x 35cm x 16cm

1st Class: £5.50 for packages weighing up to and including 2kg and measuring up to 45cm x 35cm x 16cm

Weights and dimensions above include all containers and packaging materials. To reduce the risk of breakages the maximum total size of a package containing honey we will post is 2kg measuring up to 45cm x 35cm x 16cm . Larger orders will therefore be posted in multiple packages.

Items other than honey will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class or with our chosen courier service, depending on weight and size. There are no postage charges for items other than honey. Courier delivery times are 3-5 working days from posting. Mixed orders containing honey and items other than honey may be posted separately and with different postal services.

We aim to post all orders within 2 working days, however in most cases when an order is received before midday it will be posted the same day or next day. Delivery times are displayed for guidance only and while we endeavour to deliver in the quoted time, we cannot be held liable to you for deliveries made either early or late. In the event of non-delivery, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

For online purchases (excluding perishable and personalised items), you have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after delivery by notifying us by email. Emails should be sent to To receive a refund for a cancelled order, the goods must be returned to us unused, unopened and with any seals intact within 7 days of cancellation. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, we will only refund the original purchase price and any original postage costs.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, for example when goods are faulty or mis-described. In these cases we will provide a full refund within 30 days of notification. Notification must be made to us by email within 14 days of receipt of goods.
