Delivery & Returns
We are currently only able to deliver within the United Kingdom. Goods will be posted on receipt of payment.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days, however in most cases when an order is received before midday it will be shipped the same or next working day.
Delivery times are displayed for guidance only. At peak times delivery may take longer and some of our items are shipped directly from third party suppliers whose delivery times may vary.
While we endeavour to deliver in the quoted time, we cannot be held liable to you for deliveries made either early or late. In the event of non-delivery, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
Backorders will be filled when products come back into stock, which may be several weeks in peak periods. Please contact us at the time of ordering for a more accurate estimate.
Orders are usually available to collect from us at short notice. We don’t have regular opening hours so please contact us before you visit to check stock and arrange a collection time
Assembled equipment is generally produced to order so please allow a few days for this and contact us before you order to check when it will be ready for collection. If you need an item quickly we may have it in stock so please contact us to find out.
To minimise the risk of breakages, honey will only be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class with a maximum package size will be 2kg. Larger order of honey will therefore be posted in multiple packages.
Orders other than honey will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class or with our chosen courier service, depending on weight and size. Delivery times for all services are 3-5 working days from shipping.
The delivery service and cost will be calculated at checkout and added to your order. All shipping charges are subject to change and unless the order qualifies for free shipping (see below) the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items. In the event that the shipping cost needs to be amended we will contact the customer within two working days to resolve the issue.
The shipping calculator is not perfect and cannot account for all eventualities so if your order is large or made up of multiple product types and the shipping calculation appears wildly incorrect please contact us and we may be able to calculate shipping manually.
There may be additional shipping charges for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands and off-shore islands.
Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping. This applies to orders of BEEKEEPING SUPPLIES shipped to UK MAINLAND ONLY.
This offer is subject to availability, we reserve the right to withdraw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Returns & Cancellations
For online purchases (excluding perishable and personalised items), you have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after delivery by notifying us by email. Emails should be sent to email@example.com. To receive a refund for a cancelled order, the goods must be returned to us unused, unopened and with any seals intact within 7 days of cancellation. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, we will only refund the original purchase price and any original postage costs.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, for example when goods are faulty or mis-described. In these cases we will provide a full refund within 30 days of notification. Notification must be made to us by email within 14 days of receipt of goods.
